- Enjoy flexible hotel payment plan: Secure your reservation with a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay, then split the remaining balance into three installments, with the final payment due in May.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are accepted via debit card, credit card, Apple Pay & Zelle. Card transactions will attract a processing fee amounting to 3.5% of the amount being paid plus 15¢. This processing fee will be the responsibility of the party making the payment.
N.B. Whenever you make a deposit, please send us a screenshot or copy of the transaction so that we can track, confirm and apply it to your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Protection is highly recommended in the case of emergencies, illness, and travel delays.

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection for your trip in case of any adverse situations such as medical emergencies, flight delays and baggage troubles. Our recommended provider is Allianz. Should you require our assistance with securing travel protection, please let us know. Should you wish to do without it, you will be required to sign a waiver.
THINGS TO KNOW
All travellers to Jamaica are required to fill out and submit the Immigration/Customs Passenger Declaration (C-5) Form online for entry to the island. To access the form, please visit enterjamaica.com
U.S. Citizens traveling to and from Jamaica must present a valid passport when leaving and or re-entering the United States.
